Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and payments made for Regards, a product of Madras Made Digital Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Trial

Regards may offer a free or discounted trial period for new users.
During the trial, you may access the platform without being charged.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan unless cancelled prior to the trial’s end.
No charges are applied if you cancel before the trial expires.

2. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

All paid plans operate on a monthly subscription basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you.
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle (our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal.

3. Refunds

3.1 General Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Once a monthly charge has been processed, we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time or cancelled subscriptions.

3.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You were charged after cancelling your subscription prior to renewal.
You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented you from accessing the platform during the billing period.

Any refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Paddle processes refunds on our behalf and may require additional verification.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Regards account settings.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will occur after your cancellation is confirmed.
