  • Business Card Data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, company names extracted from scanned business cards.
  • User Information: Name, siamcomputing.com email, login credentials (for employees only).
  • Usage Data: App logs including timestamps of data entries and user interactions.
  • Website Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, OS, visited pages.
  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Used on our website; users can manage via browser settings.
  • Google Contacts  When enabled, we request access to your Google Contacts via the Contacts API to Create, update, or sync contacts with your Google account upon your request.

We request only the minimal permissions needed, and do not access any additional personal data without explicit consent

3. How We Use Your Information
  • Core CRM Features: Storage, categorization (Universe, Seed, Sapling, Tree), search, retrieval, and management of contacts.
  • Google Contacts Sync: Viewing, editing, and syncing Google contacts only when explicitly requested.
  • Product & Website Improvement: Usage analytics to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Support Services: Responding to user inquiries submitted via the website.

Google Contacts data is used solely for these functional purposes and not for marketing or profiling.

4. Data Sharing & Security
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your contact data to any third parties.
  • Data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Admins have aggregated, non-identifiable access; individual records cannot be altered.
  • We use TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit and secure practices at rest
  • Google Contacts Access: Requires explicit opt-in via Google OAuth 2.0.
  • Revocation: You may revoke access anytime at Google Permissions.
  • Policy Updates: Significant changes to data use trigger policy updates and manual re-consent in-app

We fully comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements:

  • Security Measures: We implement robust encryption and conduct regular security assessments to protect all Google-sourced data.
7. Data Retention
  • Contact information is retained as long as needed for CRM use.
  • Website logs are kept briefly for performance and security.
  • Users can request deletion of data through internal administration.
8. User Rights
You have the right to:
  • Access your stored contact data.
  • Request corrections or deletion of specific data.
  • Opt out of cookies via your browser settings.
  • Revoke Google Contacts access via your Google account.

10. Out‑of‑Scope Processing

Regards AI does not perform:

  • External data enrichment.
  • Multi-company login via URLs.
  • Relationship tracking (e.g. email sent, meetings scheduled).

We reserve the right to amend this policy for updates in service, legal obligations, or features. Changes will be communicated within the App and on our website. Continued use implies acceptance of new terms.
