This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and payments made for Regards, a product of Madras Made Digital Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Free Trial
Regards may offer a free or discounted trial period for new users.
During the trial, you may access the platform without being charged.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled prior to the trial’s end.
No charges are applied if you cancel before the trial expires.
Subscription & Auto‑Renewal
All paid plans operate on a recurring subscription basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you.
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal.

Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Regards account settings or via the Paddle billing portal.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will occur after cancellation is confirmed.
Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund — a separate refund request must be submitted to Paddle if within the refund eligibility window.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us first at madrasmade.pvtltd@gmail.com. We will work with you and Paddle to resolve the issue.
Refunds
14 Day Refund for All Subscription Charges
You may request a full refund for any subscription payment (including renewals) if the request is made within 14 days of the date of that subscription charge.
Conditions & Limitations
Refunds may be refused in cases of:
Evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulative behavior;
Requests made after the 14‑day refund period has expired.
Subscription & Payments
Regards operates on a subscription model, processed through Paddle, our payment gateway.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Free trials may be offered. After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless cancelled.
